To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. The remaining balance is payable at the hotel reception upon check-in. The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the amount paid may be used for a stay on alternative dates until the end of the current calendar year, subject to availability.
